Our story

Detour is a Canadian brand making accessories for campervans and RVs. The category has long been led by large foreign brands, which leaves many owners here waiting on imported parts, slow shipping, and support in another time zone.

Detour started to close that gap, with gear adapted to the Canadian market and people who answer quickly, in English and French.

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are delivered to your door within 5 to 7 business days. A tracking number is sent as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. Our products are assembled and shipped from Canada. So delivery times may vary slightly by region.
What is your return policy?

You have 30 days from delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging. A 20% restocking fee applies (35% if the packaging has been opened or the product used, subject to approval). Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Which items are not eligible for return?
